Abstarct: The closed-loop supply chain with the aim of creating sustainability has attracted a lot of attention in recent years due to the increase in environmental concerns, the tightening of laws and also its great commercial profit. The main goal of this research is to develop a model for designing a closed-loop supply chain network in the petrochemical industry with the goals of reducing the costs of the entire supply chain and reducing emission greenhouse gases caused by production and distribution activities, taking into account the transportation conditions. In this research, the mixed integer two-objective model for multi-product developed to reduce the costs of the entire supply chain and emission caused by feed production activities in upstream petrochemical industries, feed transfer, downstream final product production, final product distribution and finally product recycling according to transportation limitations and the quotation has been examined in order to pursue a fair balance between long-term economic and environmental goals in the petrochemical industry. The model is single period and the epsilon limit method is used to show the balance between the concepts. The model has been implemented and the results have been analyzed using Games software. The results of the sensitivity analysis show that in order to create a balance between supply and demand, economic and environmental goals should be seen together to lead to optimal decision making by managers to achieve sustainable development. Also, the optimal selection of transportation facilities is effective in the efficiency of the supply chain and reducing environmental impacts.
